I have been a fan since he was in the Crusaders and his work with Steely Dan. His lp "Friends" is one of my all time favorite 'fun jazz' albums to listen to. I will have to check it out.
Anyone Heard The New Larry Carlton CD?
Just picked up the new Larry Carlton CD Fire Wire. Every song is fantastic! Track number 3 sounds great with that overdriven guitar sound. The CD has 2 slow cuts that sound very nice, the rest are more uptempo, vintage Larry. If you are into guitar, this is a must have.
