Best Value P-mount cartridge and stylus

Current cartridge is a stock Technics P34.  I've read on another forum that is very similar to everyone's go-to budget cartridge, the AT92E / ECD.

Is this true?  Would this $50 be better spent on a new stylus?  Could someone recommend a stylus that would work?

I have a p-mount table and get amazing SQ using the grado gold 1 p-mount with a grado 8MZ stylus.  

lp gear got back to me and recommended this stylus:

Anyone use it or any of LP gear’s styli? Any comments on sound or quality?

It looks like the AT-92ECD is no longer being made. Amazon says it is sold out. Any other good options?

@jemmet look at voiceofmusic.com and lpgear.com for alternatives.  They also respond to emails for suggestions.

Hi guys - any recommendations up to $200 - $300 for a p mount? Would this be a noticeable difference on the same Technics SL-BD20 table? How much would you spend to max out the performance of this table?  Would this be a better investment than spending the same on an entry level Rega table with included cart?

Good p-mount cartridges can come with the universal adapter to make it a standard 1/2" mounting system. So, with the right cartridge chosen, you can take the cart to a newer turntable at a later date.
Universal p-mount adapters are always available and since all p-mounts are the same mount, then all p-mounts will fit in any adapter. the adapters can be found on eBay and the like.

Not much top flight good p mounts being made tbh.

Maybe an Ortofon X1-MCP?

Or the oem Technics mc p mount cart that came on sl-10. Although finding one is hard.

i use an  Adzen on my sl10 bought on eBay for about $60 I think.

To add another requirement, @uberwaltz, it needs to be a MM cart, as my Yammy integrated phono stage only accepts that type.
