Cannot complete listing for selling on audiogon

I am having trouble completing a listing that I want to make (selling) on The Audiogon website. I filled out all the information (brand, photos, description,shipping, etc but their their software will not post the listing.

I’ve listed over 100 items in the past so I don’t know what is wrong.

Any help would be appreciated.

Also is there a telephone number available that I could call for support?
