Anybody out there have a suggestion for an inexpensive (less that $500 new or used) cartridge upgrade for an MMF-5 turntable? I'm using the stock Goldring 1012GX at the moment.
Any of the cartridges that might do well on the Rega Planar 2/3 model turntables.This could be a Sumiko Blue Point Special,Dynavector 10x5,Denon-103 etc.Look at seller 2juki on ebay,his price on an Ortofon X5-MC at $125 is pretty good.
