ClearAudio RCM warranty issues

Has anyone had experience with ClearAudio for any type of warranty claims, and if so, how were they to deal with. I have a Double Matrix Pro Sonic RCM, and the pump is no longer feeding the cleaning fluid to the heads. Has anyone who owns the same RCM had this type of issue, and were you able to make it work, without sending it back for repairs? I have checked for any blockages, and all journals/hoses are unobstructed. I'm a bit disappointed that after only 1.5 years, I have this type of failure (Especially given the cost of the unit) Aside from this problem, it really is a fine RCM, and I am quite happy with it's performance.
