Connection adaptors for Mcintosh MC7300

I'm considering purchasing a Mcintosh MC7300 and I had a question regarding connecting my current speaker cables with banana connections to the amp. Can someone tell me if these adaptors exist and if so can you recommend where I can purchase them.
