Denafrips New pontus mk2 - 12 th anniversary dac

Hello has Anyone heard this new dac yet ?   I have the older mk2 and it’s very respectable , one guy from golden sound in the UK says there is a issue in inter sampling where you can hear pops or crackles.   My. Nephew looks to me for advise , anyone know if there is a issue ,and was any FPGA firm ware upgrades. 
please share if you know anything .I have not heard any comments from Alvin .at Denafrips .
