I can't quite agree with this recommendation. If your political trash talk is somewhat reasoned, you should take that to Facebook. If it is an ideological rant, or conspiracy theory, that is what Twitter and Youtube are for.

I believe if you look at the rules of FB, it wasn't intended to be a political platform. But then who follows rules on FB.
