Elac Adante AS-61?

Does anyone have experience with Elac Debut B6.2 ($200’ish/pr.), Uni-Fi UB5 ($400’ish/pr.) and Adante AS61 ($1500ish/pr.)? Or any of the AMT tweeter Elac models; Line series, Carina and Vela?

I’m wondering if the cost difference is worth it. I have the B6.2, which doesn’t reach so far as SVS UltraBS or Buchardt S400 (my opinion after owning and A/B’ing them for a time), but is still a great value (only ones of that group I kept) - and I use them in the garage with tremendous enjoyment.

I’m fascinated with the concentric/coincident driver technology (same as Tannoy, Kef, and maybe others), and tend to like AMT tweeters also.

I was recently on a quest for bookshelves that could replace ML Source e-stats, which failed (to match their sound quality), resulting in a return to floor-standers and ultimately a DIY LXmini build (to be completed tomorrow). Also re-arranging my system to incorporate a third ML Source (for 3-channel stereo). But I’ve got the ’bug’ and continue looking for alternate solutions, and what’s next...

I’ve heard good things about Adante, and recent price drop has my interest peaked. Would appreciate any insight from folks who have A/B experience with B6.2 vs AS61 and/or any of their AMT tweeter models.
