Esoteric Grandioso K1: What are the best Up-conversion settings for CD?

The Esoteric Grandioso K1 has several up-conversion and DSD filter options for CD play-back. May I know what setting of other Esoteric K1 are using? And why this setting sounds better to you than other combinations?

In addition, start from Grandioso K1X, K1, K-01Ks ..series has no PMCF option (PMC Filter) like K-01X, K-03X….. series, does anybody know the reason? Is it because there is an optimal setting for PMC in these models so that no PMCF is required?
