Has JPW gone out of business?

Hello,

I've been trying to contact JPW Loudspeakers over in England for the past few months. The website is down. My previous contact info (email and phone) are no longer valid.

Did the company close? Can anyone tell me what has happened to the them?

They also used to make Heybrook loudspeakers. I believe that they may have gone out of business due to a legal battle with the founders of Heybrook. Please post if you find anything.
Too bad ... they made good speakers for reasonable money. I have a pair of JPW sonatas and Heybrook Sextets.
