Have an Altec Iconic salon speaker- now what?

so I have this Altec Icon salon speaker,(magnetic field coil) and I'm not quite sure what to do with it- I want to sell it, but also want it functioning 100%, if possible-

I turned it on using a Variac, and I seem to be getting sound only from the woofer- I tested the tweeter, and there is no continuity to the tweeter, but the field coil seems to be right where it should be (asks for 650 ohms, I get 627, within spec)

should I have the speaker repaired or is it better to leave it alone and original?
