Here is an interesting artist that's new to me, and I wanted to share his music.
"Pops" is still number 1 on official lists, but those who place him number 1 on the street have died out. If he had played hard-bop he would be number 1 on the street now. Another kind of New Orleans music I like is "Voodoo music".
