HERE'S ANOTHER QUESTION FOR SOMEONE - WHICH ONE IS THE BEST !
Considering the fact that my hearing demands outweigh my bankroll, I must ask this question to anyone out there that has had SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE with any, or hopefully all four of the following "current model" CD players. What my primary interest or concern is pertaining to these "players", is strictly focused on overall audible performance comparison. Price is not a consideration, nor specific functional differences. (There definitely are a few). Those factors I can live with.
At any rate, here is a list of my choices that interest me and stay within my budget limitations. "And hopefully there is someone out there that has had listening experience with all four" (I am listing them in no specific order - - - -)
1. REGA APOLLO (latest 2022 build)
2. DENON DCD-1600NE
3. ROTEL RCD-1572 MKII
4. MARANTZ CD-60
Under normal circumstances I would never ask opinions from other sources regarding any audio components, but my need to upgrade is a lingering issue for me, and my problem has to do with my wife's medical conditions, the demands of which are consuming almost all my time; - - now and for some time to come.
Thanks in advance
