How to open lid on SA-11S2

I unscrewed the three top screws on the back and it would not come off. Is there more I need to do? I want to change out some fuses

There was a lip on the top plate that fit tightly under the front face plate. The SA-11S2 may be the same.

Then 3 screws on the back plate which the top plate is connected to. Once you take out the screws slide the top plate back about and inch then lift.
