Any returned tube must test within 10% of the original value. Any larger variation would indicate many hours of use or abuse and voids our warranty. Email us before you return your item. I found Viva to be responsive and very willing to accept my tubes back. They arrived there today. They emailed me a return label via USPS.

It looks like my new tubes will be leaving China soon.  I rethought my reluctance to name the EBay seller, as @bugredmachine stated above,  amptata_audio. They shipped very fast the first time. They also worked flawlessly until my little mishap.

I don't know if this was said, it looks like the originals have the logo from top to bottom & the copies are written from right to left. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
