Los Angeles Audio Show Scheduled for Friday, Saturday Sunday June 8-9-10, 2018 in Irvine

There are no exhibitors listed on the LA Audio Show web site.  The LA Audio Society lists the event but provides no other details.  The event is on, correct?  

I left a voice message for the LA Audio Society to call me.  I have my plane tickets and hotel room.  I am about ready to buy my show tickets and want to be sure the show is a go. Does anyone know what is going on?

I ordered a ticket for the LA Audio Show and also joined the LA Audio Society at the same time.  The $40 price was for both the 3 day show and the LA Audio Society.   

I emailed the LA Audio Show and requested they add the names of the 120+ exhibitors to their web site.  I told them, we need to see, in advance, what exhibitors will be there.

The LA Audio Show reports “we cannot update the site with exhibitors names yet as we have been delayed with contracts.   At this point, it is looking like we have filled ALL the exhibit inventory”.   They report "it will be published on the website once available".   This is great news.

Marine de Rogez-Presson (LAAS) reports "An Open Letter to the Industry. LAAS Cancelled.

Dear Industry Friends,

It is with sadness and regrets that I announce the cancellation of the 2018 LA Audio Show — Orange County. Refunds will start to be issued immediatelyto those exhibitors who have already paid deposits and/or full remittances for space and other services. These refunds will be in the form of checks and will arrive by USPS Mail to the address provided on contracts. Attendee tickets will be refunded through the system they were purchased".

I am disappointed and have no clue what happened.
