Philips VAU1252 replacement for a Proceed CDP

Dear all,

i'm looking for a laser pick up replacement for my proceed CDP, as well a whole cd mechanism would be fine... unfortunately CDP uses a VAU 1252, and now it's not easy to find...any suggestion?

Hi Massimo,

Were you successful in finding parts for your CDP? I have a CDD which is skipping more and more as of late and the repair prospects look bleak.
