raysonic 168 vs mcintosh mcd201

i have a mcintosh ma6500 whit canton speaker(germany) and my final choice of cd player will be between this 2 player. Does anyone listen both cd and give me the difference in sound signature. I read a lot about this two player but i dont know wich choose. i like relax sound mostly on hight frequency and a wide and large soundstage. For the punch in the bass section i plant to buy a subwoofer. Wich one choose?????
