Recognizing great service? Audience and Parasound

I just want to mention receiving "service with a smile" (as they used to say in the 'old days' ;~) from two companies I've never dealt with before.

In both cases, I had to send in products I'd recently purchased used! to Audience, for a DIN connector 'adjustment' and cable burn-in. To Parasound, for a replacement remote and testing of the unit.

In both cases there was no charge for parts, labor, or return shipping. And the turnaround time was just a week! In addition all communications with Joe (at Audience) and Tony (at Parasound) were prompt and cheerful.

These are the kinds of experiences that make one happy to buy a company's new products, and even pay retail! -- knowing you won't be treated like crap if something goes wrong ;~)
