Refill queuing mechanism on Sumiko MMT?

I have a Sumiko MMT tonearm and am trying to figure out how to refill the queuing mechanism as it drops too quickly. I picked up some silicone fluid from turntabblebasics.com, but it's not particularly clear how the unit is removed from the tonearm base so that it can be refilled.

Any guidance would be great.
