Are you speaking of this piece of what I assume is metal in front of the tweeter? I would assume that would be a pretty easy fix maybe reach out to SF or a local dealer for instructions?
Sonus Faber Damped Apex Dome Coming Loose
I have a pair of Guarneri Traditions and the Damped Apex Dome is loose and wiggling around. I assume this can't be good for the sound since the vibrations of the tweeter will cause it to move and come in and out of contact.
Does anyone know of a fix I can do at home? I'd really rather not have to drag this into a shop since I live in NYC and don't have a car.
