use the Aux input, try it if it works your good to go, tape input can work too, but the aux would be the better choice as its line level.
Streaming Music To An Old Receiver
I have a question about how to hook up a NAD C658 to an Akai AA-R30 receiver.
I’m using the NAD to stream music in my garage. Connection is single ended RCA’s. Does it matter what input I use on the Akai?
I have it hooked to Aux input now.
The Akai manual states the Aux input connection is for relatively high output components such as a ceramic or crystal type cartridge turntable or a tape deck or recorder.
Would it be better to use a Tape1 or Tape2 input with a connection to the play inputs?
