+1 Big Greg's accurate description. I had used Tidal for several years but switched to Qobuz. I didn't feel like supporting JayZ and resented Tidal's "hi rez" MQA selections that forced you to buy decoding dacs. Qobuz sound quality is just peachy.
Just finishing a month on Amazon HD for free. Not crazy about the interface but some very good sounding stuff. I'm a prime member so it would be $13/month if I subscribe.

That said, I'm ending the trial and will be trying Qobuz next.

Both of these reviews taught me something:

+2, big_greg.  I’ve dropped Tidal last October, don’t miss it at all. There is enough music to explore on Qobuz and SQ is outstanding, especially 24bit/192khz high resolution files.
I tried Tidal for a few months...  I honestly thought MQA sounded like crap...  The regular HiFi was not so bad...  It is broken small signal SQ...  Tried Qobuz and thought it has superior SQ...  After many months with Qobuz I am very happy with the titles and SQ of all their offerings...
I have both mainly for variety and selection, but if I had to choose only one it would be Qobuz. I generally prefer the sound of Qobuz
hi-res over Tidal MQA.
