Subwoofer Follow-up

I tried using the Perfect Base Kit (PBK) from Martin Logan in the automatic mode, and it sounded better without its implication. There is a professional mode, but I am not very good at figuring this stuff out yet, one day I’d like to learn though.

I emailed the Technical Support division of Paradigm | Anthem AV and explained to gentleman named Raman B my situation, He asked me to send him the .arc3 file that I originally created with the PBK and he said he could edit if or me. I sent him a copy of @mijostyn’s recommendation then Raman sent the adjusted file back to me. It actually had too much base, so he tweaked the file for me one more time and I would say it sounds about as good as I can do with my 11As without the addition of a pair of subwoofers.

Subs are not out of the question, but finances are, so if I run into some spare funds down the road, I still may consider adding them.

Thanks to all of you who participated in my last couple of threads on this. Very helpful and informative and I have bookmark all of your suggestions for a potential, future upgrade.
