Has anyone purchased the Teresonic Integrum speakers? And if so how would you describe the sound? The reviews are plentiful on the more expensive speaker in their line as well as their bookshelf monitor; however, there is not a comparable body of reviews on the Integrum.
The speakers will be placed in a room 25' Lx17'Wx12'H and will be driven by 2A3 SET monoblocks.
I am admittedly a little concerned and perplexed because I have been calling the telephone number listed on their web site but I only get the same voice mail message with no call back. Even if the owners are on vacation, it would seem that someone should be at the office to answer calls from prospects or to provide customer service to existing customers.
I asked a question a couple wks ago about their Magus and Integrum speakers and got a very thorough response the following weekend. In summary, they responded to me in a timely fashion. If I were you, I'd try 'em again.
IIRC, one of the Teresonic models got my attention by acheiving the rarest of feats: It actually got a negative review in of the mainstream mags. Coupled with the service/support questions you've identified, this particular intelligence gathering mission looks like it might not be worth the effort.
Lots of speaker companies out there; isn't this a good reason to look elsewhere:

Barring a very good explanation (and perhaps there is one) I'd by now be wondering what kind of support to expect *after* the company has my money. I may be touchy, but this kind of thing has caused me to strike companies from my list. Just my 2c.
