Tidal sound quality

I hear a strange noise coming from Speakers on this recording from Tidal:

Shostakovich Piano concerto nos 1 & 2 by Denis Matsuev (SACD)
Track number 8 at 1:38' - 3'
Is anybody else hearing this? Any idea what this might be?

I’ve looked up that part, had my headphones at 5/100 and when the noise came in I almost jumped off my chair, it’s extremely loud! I’m pretty sure that part will devastate any tweeter!

I hear that same noise when a digital capture of a track breaks up. I think it’s akin to when a digital video image breaks up into those little cubes.It seems they need to re-download those tracks again.
