Tube preamp with Musical Fidelity A308cr amp

I'm thinking of pulling the trigger on a Musical Fidelity A308cr for use in my second system. I'll be partnering it with either a Luxman CL-32 (tube) or Luxman C-300 (ss) for the preamp and I wondered if any of you had an A308cr in use with a tube preamp and how you liked it...thanks in advance for any input!
