Are you referring to the JBL 20T-60 Indoor/Outdoor speakers? If so, you don't need any more power than a single B&K ST2140 or Fosgate RF2000 can supply. The B&K outputs 140 watts/channel and is a very good sounding amp. The Fosgate outputs 200 watts/channel into your 8 ohm JBL speakers. The JBL has a max power handling of 175 W.
Bridging would turn the Fosgate amp into a single channel amp with significantly more output. But it would only be one channel of amplification.
You cannot combine these 2 amps as far as I can tell with the information you've provided.
Is there some kind of problem you're trying to solve? Are they not playing loud enough using a single amp? If so, look elsewhere for the source of the problem. The speakers should play plenty loud using either of the amps you have on hand.
