VPI makes a 2nd pivot for their arms.....relatively cheap and is a very good upgrade....that will stabilize the arm.  Also, I would change the rear weight ...something heavier, then lighter to get the arm to respond differently to the cartridge. (...

My Vandersteen speakers have 3 cones under them, and have just installed recommended discs under the cones.....made an improvement on my tile over house foundation.

Im with Mahler123 on this one.  The "HiFi" setting on the hearing aids produces a very high end raised fake presentation of what music really sounds like.
