Von Bahr Leaves Apple

The founder of the great Swedish Classical Label BIS was bought out by Apple recently.  There were multiple protestations on both sides that the company would continue unchanged.  BIS never deleted anything and has issued all releases in SACD since the format began.

  He is a prickly man.  I have read many letters to the Editor in Fanfare Magazine after a negative review.  I am surprised that he lasted this long in Apple’s universe.

Expect all BIS releases to now exist only on streaming and in AAC
