Microsoft X-Box One X is probably the best value outside Oppo 203 and Sony - UBP-X1000ES.
I would still recommend grabbing Oppo 203 while you can...the 4K upscaler in 203 is hard to beat for your non-4K discs. And the build quality of Oppo 203 is top notch.
PS5 Pro is rumored to include UHD playback compatibility and should be out by X’Mas this year or early 2019. Apparently Sony was waiting to include UHD playback in PS hardware until their 4K TV’s share surpasses 50% in US market.
