What's it all about Alfie

This hobby, as any hobby well done, broadcasts beyond the individual practitioner. Best moments over the decades have been engaging others and raising consciousness to better equipment, broadening musical tastes and moving pieces along as I upgrade.

I fully appreciate not everyone occupies the same space, but I've been privileged to assemble a couple dozen systems for people and mostly they've been quite receptive and moved on under their own power.  Musicians in particular seem to possess substandard kit.  That's been at times a head scratcher.  I've mixed success there as it seems to not always resonate.

For some I've built an iPod library for primary source or burned discs.
