Whats on your turntable tonight?

For me its the first or very early LP's of:
Allman Brothers - "Allman Joys" "Idyllwild South"
Santana - "Santana" 200 g reissue
Emerson Lake and Palmer - "Emerson Lake and Palmer"
and,
Beethoven - "Piano Concerto No. 4 in G Major" Rudolph Serkin/Ozawa/BSO
slipknot1
Pursue a pressing of the instrumental “Fantasy” portion of “Shropshire Lad” it is a lovely thing.   I have at least three versions of this.  A true favorite.   It’s included sometimes to round out the balance of a record’s capacity but winds up being a highlight - IMHO.
Joni Mitchell - Don Juan’s Reckless Daughter. Asylum 2LP gatefold 1977

....first time listening to this with the Tumpet....damn.....damn.............damn
Great to hear it Jim.   You’ve been a good patient.  I think something like the Bradley Delp exhibition of lung strength on the first Boston album might be in order.
