As I knew yesterday my day would be highly taken-over by football, so in the morning I went out and purchased a Debrox Earwax Removal Kit (pretty inexpensive, there are more expensive kits).

For some time now I’ve been curious and interested in seeing what effect something like this would have, as I have never had it done by a Doctor. So, I did a long sitting in each ear (about 45 minutes) before flushing, then two additional for smaller time periods.

I didn’t sense I had any issues before doing so, but what the heck, nothing lost in giving my ears a good cleaning internally. Cannot sense any great improvement, and wasn’t expecting that really, but it did feel ‘refreshing’, and perhaps a bit more clear. Even to a small degree.

I believe I’ll start to do this every three months or so, certainly cannot hurt.

Anyone else do this regiment on a regular basis?
