Ah, thanks Steve.  But not Tweedy?  Will check it out.
@slaw Thanks! I'm on it!

@spiritofradio Pat Sansone and John Stirrat are both in Wilco. The Autumn Defense is their side band, which also includes a fantastic drummer, "G-Wiz" Greg Wieczorek, who's also been in Norah Jones' touring band.
Pat & John are both fantastic singers, providing most of the harmony vocals on Wilco albums. John sings lead on one song from A.M. "It's Just That Simple", a live Wilco show standby. I wish they'd both get lead vocal opportunities with Wilco on a regular basis, but that ain't happening, as Tweedy runs the show.
Nothing against Jeff, I enjoy his solo LPs and loved seeing him tour solo, but Pat and John have wonderful pure sweet voices and they deserve more exposure.
Nels is not only Wilco's lead guitarist, but has done much both solo and in collaborations. He covers many genres from straight jazz, to vintage showtunes and does shows filled with genius improvisations. Great youtube vids of him detailing guitar rigs, creative process, etc. It's a rabbithole ;-)
