I think the Butthole Surfers are another one of those great bands that flew below the radar. Off the wall for sure, but creative.

@tomic601 This is the slow time at my shop, which works out well for me and my bird dogs. Usually get 50-60 days afield in 3 or 4 different states every winter. That and music are my therapy. 

Waiting for me when I got home from KS was a FedEx package containing one of tonight's listens:

Miles Davis All Stars-Walkin 2021 ERC 

Comparing this press to my previous favorite, the 1976 Japan reissue. As one might expect the ERC is VERY detailed, but to my ears the most impressive aspect of this new pressing is the complete absence of noise.
