When DVD Audio Extractor doesn't work ...

I've been using DVD Audio Extractor to copy DVD-As to my NAS so I can play them through my digital streamer (Linn Renew, very nice). It works fine on most disks but for some it just rejects them. I just got the new hi rez mix of Jethro Tull's Thick As A Brick and it won't copy, just ejects. Does anyone know of any tricks or fixes to make it work in situations like this? This has also happened with some of my other favorites (e.g., Neil Young DVD-As).
