Where to use IFI iPower Low Noise DC Power Supply

Request help from the community; is there an objectively correct place to use an upgraded power supply for optimum results between either a  Wyred for Sound Recovery reclocker, OR on the Peachtree Dac ITx it’s going into? Or is it more of a subjective decision based on what sounds best to me? Thx for the help.
