WILLSENTON R35i Integrated Amp : A Standby question

I listen to this amp for a couple of hours, and the light goes from green to RED.

I was instructed by manufacturer to shut down and then turn back on the amp to return light to green status.

Willsenton says " Indicator light turning from green to red is caused by the remote control receiving window receiving the wrong code...interference commands from flourescent lights can also cause this problem...creating garbled code errors"

( I have NO flourescent lights.  ) ....It bothers me to see this red light.

Do you agree with their response ?
