Wow & Flutter measurement

I know about the iPhone apps that use the phone's gyro to determine RPM and W&F. But, are there any iPhone apps that can tell you the W&F when using a test record with a 3150hz test tone?

Every TT has some inherent wow and flutter, and every LP has some wow and flutter of its own, due to warps, off-centeredness, and/or flaws in the mastering process. I am just wondering why you want to measure those parameters with a test LP, which will add its own wow and flutter that won’t necessarily pertain to playing other LPs.
