Contacting Crystal Cable??

Has anyone had success getting in touch with Crystal Cable?

I have sent (3) emails to Gabi and (3) emails to the "info" address over the last 6 months and I cannot get a response....

Has the contact information changed that anyone knows of?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
