Best drink while listening to your rig?

Gslone: how does the 1738 compare with other cognacs at that price point? The best I've found to date is Pierre Fernand Reserve ($55 - $65). The Delamain Pale and Dry is the next step up but trying to find it for less than $100 is challenging and too $ for even moderate consumption.
