Polk XRt12 thru a Cary 303/200

I've looked through Polk's literature and can't determine what type format of digital out signal is available at the coax output of the Polk XRt12.

I'd like to hook it to the digital coax input on my Cary 303/200 which accepts 32, 44.1, 48, 88.2 and 96kHz @16, 20 or 24 bits sample rates.

I admit my ignorance on this topic and ask for your help. Are these compatible units? Thanks much!!
