Tuners with digital outputs

Does anyone have experience with any tuners with digital outputs. I want to convert to a CD Player w/volume control that also accepts digital inputs, so that I can retain the option of listening to a tuner. Thanks!

Followup. But you can get a analog to digital upsampling converter like MSBs and hook up to 8 tuners to it and feed your CD player.
