IME, based on owning both the 500MBs and SA500.1s, the older amps are better voiced, more musical and simply sound better.

I would like opinions on the older solid-state Cary amplifier, model CAD-200 and the new model SA 200.2. Are they more of less equal, or is the newer Cary an improved design?
