Try Stillpoints footers under Power Conditioner?

I was wondering if people have tried footers especially stillpoints under a power conditioner like the Synergistic Powercell?

It is not night and day but definitely a moderate improvement especially in bass information and clarity. I heard no brightness issue.

I had my power conditioner on the floor for years and was kicking myself after I finally placed Ultra SS under them. I now have my power conditioner on my Stillpoints rack and it's a leap up from the Ultra SS.
