Modified DCM TFE200's......World Reference Now

I can't believe how much better these speakers sound after I cut out the whole side walls of the midrange chamber...its a night and day difference! All my friends are amazed too.....

hifisoundguy OP Details Discussions Posts This discussion Message User 630 posts 10-29-2007 at 07:54pm Copy Comment URL Report Comment Edit Delete When I did the mod to these speakers I only put one Sand Pebbles ceramic tile 7.75" sqare by 5/16" thick in each midrange chamber.....I put the tile in the back with one end angled in the top back corner with the Sand Pebbles side facing the back side of the speaker driver......

Now I'm waiting for the (ALL NEW BOSE 901's) to come out to compare them with the DCM's.......
