Shipping heavy speakers from USA to Europe?

Contact Schenker Air Cargo, they are a German company with superb service and recently merged with Bax Global USA.

I shipped a complete Walker turntable to Belgium with no issues and their price quote was very fair, lower than airline air cargo, FedEx and UPS.

Ok Thanks. Hope they not have the weigth limitations that other companies have.

Unknown to me. All you can do is ask, which cost nothing.

I can say Schenker were excellent in handling my shipment, which was very large and very fragile. Also the price was fair, even with very high value insurance.

I second the Schenker recommendation. audioclassics just shipped my new McIntosh 501 mono amps with a weight of 140 or so pounds to Berlin flawlessly, fast and for only 400 dollars including insurance.

I used Schenker too and I'm going to use it again
next week from USA to Switzerland. Very good but the shipment was not so heavy (preamp)
