It's actually a pair of Dynaudio Air20 monitors that I'm trying to figure out are worth modding. They have DSP in the signal. Any analog signal coming in to the amp is converted to digital for the DSP and finally converted back to analog before the signal reaches the drivers. I figured that being a relatively old model (2003-ish), D/A converter technology has improved in recent years. I did speak to Ben and he asked for a schematic. He felt that changing the D/A converters may not be cost effective or worth it. I will try Audio Video Therapy and see if they have any opinions. I may just have to leave the monitors alone, or maybe just change the capacitors.
Thanks for the input.
